We’ve already talked about the UK’s happiest profession, but which country had the happiest workers overall?
Despite the cold, 81% of Norwegian workers were either ‘satisfied’ or ‘extremely satisfied’ in their career- the Scandinavians also featured the second place country, with Denmark hitting a 79% satisfaction rate.
The UK sits at a little less impressive 70% satisfaction rate, which is pretty average globally.
The infographic, by Zendesk, makes it abundantly clear that Japan and Hungary aren’t places to find your new career- 28% and 17% respectively are dissatisfied in their work.
When it comes to the best of the best, you’ll find more extremely satisfied employees in Denmark (35%), Norway (33%), Switzerland (32%) and Canada (31%).
Why do workers like the cold so much?
