Only a third of women admit they get the recommended 8 hours sleep a night. A third skip breakfast four times a week or more. A whopping three quarters get their energy from a caffeine injection, rather than that fancy, slow release breakfast energy.
Yeah, we’re that bad at mornings.
And sadly, research from the New Zealand Honey Company shows that nearly a third of women and one in five men take our their morning grumps on other people (probably explained by the poor sleeping habits- tut tut).
I think the final fact summarises it better than I ever could- 20% hit the snooze button three or more times. That’s impressive sleepiness right there.
