FUEL YOUR 10K HOURS also showed that, rather shockingly, we’re down to just 6.5 hours sleep every night – a fair chunk below the 8 hours that is recommended.

A third of people even set more than five alarms. Five. Five.

This sounds terrible, until I realised I have three – one to pre-wake, one to wake, one to get ready to go. It’s a slippery slope.
